This is counting tonight's game.

In 6 games. Haha I was talking about the fact that he has been very close to not getting his 10 the last couple. And that outlier of 20 basically skews the average in 6 games played. Haven't taken statistics yet?

Like I said though a flawed streak on a skewed stat. Glad others are picking up on it too.
Averaged more assists without him last year. Nice try though.

Yes. Rondo averaged more assists last year in games that Ray Allen did not play. Troll on.

Can you show me some stats?

Also like I said I wasn't talking about just one year. Good try though.

You said EVERY GAME. Last year Ray Allen missed 20+ games. Rondo missed a couple of those as well but ended up playing in 15 and averaged 14.4 assists in those games. Not surprising given how much better the offense was when Bradley started at the SG spot.

Haha so I say every game and you pick out 15 that Allen didn't play in all the years they played together.

Haha okay. I'm surprised you didn't use a sample size of one to prove a point.

And like I also said how many times in all those years of playing together did ray Allen add to rondos assist numbers.

You like using that sample size line. Actually 28% of the games Rondo played last year would seem fairly relevant. Keep living in 2010.

If rondo is so good because he plays with good players, then if I look up Chalmers, will I see that he averages 11+ assists per game?

I use the sample size line because people don't understand that it's important. For example a sample size of one isn't relevant. And a sample size of 15 games over 4 or more seasons isn't 100 percent proof either.

How am I living in 2010?

Exactly! people that actually watch Rondo play on a daily basis can see that so many of his assists are to players like Chris Wilcox or Brandon Bass. he makes everyone around him better. If he was on any other team he would still most likely lead the league in assists. It's just the way he plays.

Yeah nothing like comparing a pg who brings the ball up every possession to a guy who stands in the corner and watches lebron and wade bring the ball up and penetrate.

It could be argued that lebron is more of a pg then chalmers in the heat system.

haha i'm not hating. just telling it how it is.

rondo is a top 5 pg in the league right now. but he hasn't been one for the past 5 years and he sure as heck isn't the best pg in the league.

More good news for the haters.

Sean Grande ‏@SeanGrandePBP

Rajon Rondo's been given an assist they missed in Milwaukee. That makes 11 for the game and thus a new NBA record 28 straight games of 11+.

Haha I'll gladly call bs on this crap.

I'm sure we could go back and take away 100 phantom assists given to rondo over the years. Makes this streak even more of a joke. Thanks for the proof.

Hahaha what loser went back to find another assist? Probably rondo himself. Lmao

To tell the truth?

Assists are the most subjective stat in the game. It's a joke that someone went back to try and find another. Maybe we should go back and analyze every assist. Only thing is we could argue about most of them because there really is no clue line of what an assist is.

Like I said it was probably the prima Dona himself worrying about his streak. Lol.

Same thing happened with Hakeem Olajuwon's second Quadruple Double. It wasn't officially awarded a QD but upon review they said it was!

Hahaha it's a little sketchy.

It's like that guy a couple years ago who needed a rebound for a triple double and then he tried to throw it off his own basket with like 5 seconds left. Haha who was that?

I'm sure it is just a coincidence that the guys Rondo happens to be chasing were fairly good PG's. I mean it is such a overrated subjective stat and all.
