Magic Johnson and John Stockton did a lot more then just get assists. Rondos complete game is not on their level yet. Good try though

Yeah Stockton got all those accolades because of his career 13PPG.

Haha well if you want to break it down. Stockton legacy isn't on the same level as magic. Just trying to simplify it for you.

You know what Stockton could do? He could hit a jump shot!

Stockton is like a gold standard for a PG. 3 point, assist, steal, smart, tough, high FG%, high FT FG%. All of these can be worked on without having godly speed or 6'9 height.

ohhh ok so its not just the players around him that make him get assists

People will troll no matter what... Haters are gonna hate. The streak is pretty impressive and I don't think anyone can argue that. I just hope to see the celtics play better and improve.

Rajon Rondo, despite suffering a minor injury, got his 10 assists tonight. Streak now goes to 32 games straight of 10 or more assists

so let's say he misses the next game due to the ankle injury. I am assuming the streak will not be over because he has not played, is that correct?

Yeah after Rondo hurt his ankle, he didnt come back. And it was a close game when he did. So it had nothing to do with the streak, but it wasnt a serious comment anyways that he made.

Nope, if you don't play in a game, it doesn't benefit or hurt your streak.

You have to play in a game and not get 10 assists or more for the streak to break.

Best part last night was Rondo's reaction to Jeff Green's dunk. Classic GIF material.

I dont think Green ever talks on the court, even to his teammates. It'd be one thing if the guy was yapping all night or had a rep, but someone like Green who just stared....just terrible.

Officials suck, gotten worse too.
