I was following two of this guy's auctions and I guess right before the auctions ended, he closed it and relisted the cards with a starting bid just a bit more than the last bidder's bid

Not sure if this is a normal thing that people do on ebay, but it seems kinda shady to me.

it actually looks like the winning bidder for both cards was the same guy...then he relisted it again.

that bidder who was the last bidder for both cards seemed to have bid it up as well

the 11 feedback guy has 100% bid activity with the seller. the 44 feedback guy has 90%. basically, the seller is trying to make the cards look like they are selling for more than what they should be.

And they are bidding on more than just items listed as cards. I'd say this is some pretty good evidence of shilling.
