Is this an authentic Kobe auto?

I've never seen one like this before. First one that shows a COA with it.

Just in case someone decides to argue that im wrong, Id like to rephrase what I said.

The AUto is not certified. I dont know if it was signed in person, but definately not pack pulled and UD certified. Being that its not from a certified auto set, its not worth buying!!
