How do we know Panini won't print more Prizm Green?

I believe someone Panini sold out all their retail box
with NO NUMBERING of Prizm Green, how can we know they will not print more?
It will be a very easy thing to do for them

Why should they? Its making them money and people keep buying thinking they are very SP when they aren't.

Panini doesnt even know how many they are going to keep pumping out, which is why they cant answer lol


Its why I avoid Unnumbered Inserts, who knows

I dont think they are printing anymore. I just think there is a ton of wax and its being tier released. Non numbering makes it easier to tier release

Its basically the same as printing more since they are dropping more into the market that has yet to hit. Granted its already printed technically but its still introducing new inventory to the market.

I have a feeling these greens are going to be everywhere very soon. Atleast with the golds there is an end...

Hey if you look at let's say 08-09 Chrome, those refractors (non numbered) and golds go for a pretty penny as do orange, x, etc. So I think greens will always have some value even if there are a lot of them.

a Lillard gold /10 going for thousands is just as insane as a green going for hundreds. there have been many similar numbered parallels that haven't sold for anything remotely close to what the golds are going for.

i just sold a LaMarcus Aldridge 06 TC xfractor RC /10 for $80 because that's all I could get for it. should have spray painted it gold.

I just know that unlike Topps, the 1/1 printing plates are not included in the first release!

Panini has rarely inserted plates into their product. I believe Elite Football this year has some. But for basketball.....I can't think of one release that had plates. I don't count he Black Friday blank back fake ones.

The reason why 96 Chrome is so expensive because it was a retail only product that was produced in extreme limited quantities. It was released in retail as a test to see how chrome would do. But I agree, the 96 chrome is a set that cannot be compared.

Its the "taste of the month"

Many products do it. They come out, become popular, hype and demand drive prices and people to bust. It calms down once another high demand product comes out and replaces it. certified did the same thing.

Same will happen with another Linsanity takes place with a player. Itll drive product of that year through the roof. I like it. Its good for the industry to see a ton of action on widely available product.
