2012 Leaf Valiant Questions

So I have noticed a lot of these cards flowing around on ebay..2012 Leaf Valiant or just Leaf..what exactly is Leaf? and values of cards such as are they worth collecting? or just cheap garbage? Do they grade nice? what is your opinion on these?

here is a example of what I asking about these specific Leaf cards

Leaf is very legit

For the limited stuff they can make, they do produce some nice stuff.

Stupid leaf... I wanted to bid on these, but they won't ship to Canada.

They're not getting any of my money for ANY products from now on. If they would at least say they'll ship if I pay registered or something... but they're completely refusing to ship to my country for these. Unreal.

No nba jersey=not legit. Worse than ud retro, which is unbearably bad in and of itself.

Leaf is probably the best Card company out right now. They work around the licensing better than panini does with the licensing.
