yet the playoffs are what matters, so whats the big stink about rondo now if people are acknowledging they would be better with rondo in the playoffs

You have to get to the playoffs for the playoffs to matter. Rondo was leading his team to possibly not doing that this season.

The celtics were at the point where it was we need to blow this season up. Now they could possibly be the 4-5 seed probably.

so celtics are better with rondo in the playoffs but not in the regular season, gotcha, makes perfect sense

Colts woulda been better off without Peyton in the playoffs then, with that logic

Technically the Celtics were the 8th seed when Rondo got hurt, so they were never out of the playoffs

Celts are more talented team with Rondo, but play better without Rondo.

It's great to see the differences between all of the ideas being thrown out here. I chose "too early to tell". If we don't lose another game all season, I will choose yes, but at this time....who knows.

Agreed, not listening to Felger and Mazz until Celts lose. So sick of those idiots raging on Rondo and how he was demise of the team blah blah blah. No one likes him. How he asked back into Atlanta game to keep his meaningless assist streak record going. How Bird could of had quadruple double, but refused to go back into a blowout to get it. All Rondo cares about is stats ect.

Yep and Doc let him.

What a joke.
Doc gets some of the blame here as well. He needs to coach team better when Rondo comes back to make ball move and get guys like The Jet and Green flowing like they are now.

Lol. I was slammed for being a troll when I said rondo was concerned about keeping his steak.

Guess I wasn't a troll after all. Just right.

Was all dumb and dumber were talking about today. Rondo asking Doc to get back into Atlanta blowout to keep the silly assist streak going. Too bad Doc just didn't put a kobash to it then.

No. He's one of the best, if not the best, PG in the game. Any team would substancially improve with him on their side of the court.
