1996-1997 ex 2000 cut above.....uncut?????

has anyone ever seen these inserts that are NOT DIE CUT???? and they arent shinney they are made with a MATTED FINISH???? anyone every seen these???? Any ideas on VALUE?????

Sounds like a bankruptcy item. There were a ton of test type cards that made their way into the market after the auction.

Yes, I've seen them. The card you describe is the 1995-96 E-XL A Cut Above set. Tough pulls at 1:130 but they do not command the big money from the 1:288 packs A Cut Above from E-X 2000
