Default SCUM ALERT: manutdwaynerooney10

This has been the most frustrating and most violated I've ever felt due to a hobby and has really taken alot of fun out of things, but I must get the word out about this piece of scum.

About a month ago I pulled a Green Team USA Prizim refractor of Lebron James. I sold it a couple nights later for $335 on ebay. A week passes and the buyer manutdwaynerooney10 begins to complains to the card has a bubble dent on the surface and it wont grade well so he demands a partial refund. I then ask for scans that he never provides. He eventually proceeds to open a case for a partial refund. Ebay intervenes and instructs him to send the card back to me for a full refund. He eventually complies and about two weeks later his package arrives. Inside the package is a single empty top loader, you can imagine how pissed I was. I immediately call ebay and they instruct me to file a police report on the POS. The police inform this is a civil matter and cant do anything about it. I provide this information for ebay and they decided to refund the buyer as well as me (still waiting for my refund). The same exact day the case is closed, my card goes up for sale in the same town. A few days later the moron lists the card on his own account. This guy is the ultimate low life and I hope he gets whats coming to him, whatever that may be.

My card now listed by the POS: Lebron James Panini Prizm USA Green Refractor Great Centering | eBay

I've called ebay several times explaining the fraud, but I dont think they care. Stay away from this loser. He uses the name princesszepeda as his paypal.

Sounds like a trip to Round Lake, Illinois with a baseball bat might be a bad idea

buy it back and do the same thing to him. surely ebay/paypal would get you your money back since he has the same card, as long as you could prove its the same card.

The name he/she uses is Guadalupe Zepeda of Round Lake,IL his other account or friends is timdiscman25, Tim Lila.

I don't want to involve myself any more than I have to with it. It's been a headache and heart ache enough for me dealing with ebay. They lack any common sense.

Hey Sean,

Sorry to hear about that.

His username here is "letsgohawks"

I had a similar situation recently which I will post about shortly. I've got all his details and I will do every thing I can to get his name out there on all the forums.

interesting that he would over pay for a card from a seller that has poor feedback. i wonder if this was planned from the start?

If he relists your same card on Ebay, talk to a new Ebay customer service rep. Be calm and polite, if you get angry/frustrated with them then they are less likely to help your case.

I may of given a little piece of my mind. Doubt I get any sort of answer, and if I do, it will probably be more BS.

Plus he's been online since these threads have taken off. No excuse not to explain himself unless he's guilty.

Default Lebron

I'm not the type that runs and hides I know everyone is friends on here and certain people help conspire against people. I did indeed originally purchase the Lebron for 335.00 and talked back and forth with the seller about the condition because I have a full set I needed this to get graded and he assuredly that the card was in great shape so I made the purchase upon arrival I notice a dent ding in the card which is a very common thin especially on chrome cards. But I knew this surface wouldn't grade high enough. I asked to return the card which i did and provided proof. I already had a Lebron Green however this one would not grade high so I kept it in hope of the price rising. If you compare the 2 cards you can see that they are different. Obviously it would be alot easier if they were serial numbered but they are not. I know some People are dumb but if people think I would be dumb enough to relist a card that was receive through "fraud" no way I am not a moron I have been on these boards for years and have seen how good people are at calling these things out. I don't understand what the problem is here if you check the feedback the same issues arose from the buyers who left him a negative feedback and feel free to message them they will tell you about it. I am not perfect but I'm also not a thief I've have empty packages happen to me in the past and I would never think about doing this to anyone. So everyone is entitled to they're opinions but please realize there is 2 sides to every story. I have made alot of high end purchases on here recently without issues. I will not lower myself to be go back and forth like I'm back in high school I will leave it at that. Thanks for the read. You guys are really good at being detectives please compare the pictures yourself.

Yup this guy screwed me over on a lillard green said he never got it said he got the wrong item plus he sent me a card back that I never had . He listed it a week later after same marks on card that I sold him

Well I had to filed a police report and contact postal inspectors see what they do .
If anything comes of it .

Funny thing is a bought a lot of 2900 cards from him and he cherry picked the rookies . I didn't complain .
Kyrie's and lillard where taken out as he listed in description .
But I got no Barnes or Drummond .

Screwed twice by this guy .
