Default Grading a 2012-13 Gold Standard Metal XRC question.

Hi, I'm going to send to grade my Lillard Gold Standard XRC, has anyone here have grade any of this cards? My doubt is because of the surface, what grade can I expect on surface?, can these be peeled for a better grade? Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

I have the Anthony Davis and I left the peel on. I think talking to BGS about this might be the way to go. Have you seen any graded yet?

I think I saw a few 9.5's on ebay, I'll look up again, don't remember the players.

I sent in my 4 to Beckett this past week and I peeled the plastic off but very carefully lol. There was bumps and such on the Peel and after removing it the surface looked great. Who knows how it will go but they are all PC.

If grading remove the peel before you send it in. The same has come up with old school finest, the peel really hurts the surface grade.

Tarheelsfan2012 - Yeah those bumps are what I'm a little worried about, good luck with your grades.

fzk - Thanks, I'm going to peel it then.
