Default Records You Think Will Never Be Broken

For me, the one I think will forever stay is Wilt's 50.4 PPG season.

I don't think 100 points in a game will ever be broken either.

Career rebounds will never be touched unless something drastically changes medically. Oh and also rebounds in a game by one player (55). Yes another Wilt record.

It's crazy to think he was getting contract offers as late as 1989 for a role of roughly 20 minutes a game.

- Wilt Chamberlain's 55 rebounds in a game
- Chicago Bull's 72-10 record in the 1995-96 season

Bill Russell might have to put one of those championship rings around his toe.
Celtics are just too dominant in the 60's despite many of Wilt Chamberlain's records are made at that decade.

Elgin Baylor: Baylor was at his best on April 14, 1962, when he scored 61 points and grabbed 22 rebounds in a 126-121 victory over the Boston Celtics in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. Though the Celtics came back to win the next two games and the championship, Baylor's scoring feat remains a Finals record.

Jordan missing 64 games. .. then lighting up the Celts for 63 AT BOSTON against one of the GREATEST teams ever assembled which is STILL a playoff record...lol c'mon. I'll keep going:

200 steals and 100 blocks? 86-87 season...? Beast!

3000 points 37.1 ppg in 86-87 as well... since Wilt did it...

6 Finals 6 MVP$...

7 YEARS in a row scoring champ

72-10 record?

Notice a trend?

MJ is the BEST regardless. Everyone is "compared" to the guy.

Good night!

Unless lebron decides he wants to attempth do it, no one will average a triple double.

Big o 33 points, 12 rebound, 11 assist a game was killer!!!

I think it should be separated by single game records, single season records, and career records. 100 points for instance, you have 82 chances to break it every year. I don't think that one is too far fetched.
