but im definitely expecting the "wanted to win more of your items, but didn't", which i can understand for auction, even though it's not a good enough reason to back out. but all of my items that the guy wants are OBO lol

My favorite was "My neighbor hacked my account and bid on the card." My phone call with ebay was real fun when you can look at his feedback and every single one was for sports cards. I asked so you really think a guy who only buys cards on ebay had his neighbor hack his account and buy a card? Ebay being the idiots they are let him keep the card and paid me from their money. So that guy ended up with a refund and the card.

Been in the hospital or family member just died are two of the classics. I also like when buyers pawn off their nonpayment on someone else not paying for something they sold.

This one isn't for a non paying buyer, but rather an excuse from a seller. My boyfriend's cousin had bought a cell phone from a guy on ebay. He listed the condition as Brand New and stated in the description it was still sealed in the box. When she got the phone, it was not in a box and it was destroyed beyond belief. It had water damage and a cracked screen. It wouldn't turn on or charge. It was useless. She messaged the seller about it and he said he couldn't offer a replacement or a refund because he had cancer.

I sell a lot of BIN/BO items and many times I always get "I accidentally hit accept" most of the time that message comes a week later.

One bidder won one of my auctions for $25. Took two weeks to pay, apparently he was sick for a whole two weeks. So sick he couldn't log onto paypal and click a few buttons. A week later after I got payment he got kicked off ebay.
