Exactly what? So now Dwight was the key?

I thought Dwight was the problem?

What is your problem?

Half the time you troll the rest of the time you start to talk the topic but then flip flop between arguments and when asked to clarify you leave...

I only thought you were baiting 50% of the time. silly me.

Injuries

Honestly, if Kobe didn't go down, I think they would have been successful in the playoffs. The Lakers were playing really well with Kobe healthy leading up to the playoffs.

All star teams are hard to put together and then win it all in the first year. The Heat could not do it with the big 3. The Lakers could not do it this year, a few years ago with the mail man and the glove. In the far distant past, the Lakers did not win the first year with Wilt and West. Teams take time to discover their roles. You can't just stick 5 of the best together and expect to win. Your bench has to be good also. The Lakers wanted too much too soon. They gave up on brown as coach and made a change on the fly. Could this have been done since their owner was not doing well (he died mid year). I think it was impossible to do what they wanted in year one. Nash may retire, Kobe will be back, they lost 2 draft picks to get Nash and they started a d league mvp at point today. They need to build a team, not assemble a fantasy team.

It was a combination of so many things but its history now. The question I have is what are they going to do moving forward? Is Dwight a max player? I think they really need to take a hard look at his commitment. Not sure about any of you but him getting ejected today seemed very selfish and childish to me. It was like he didnt want to be on the court at the end and be swept. Their chance of winning today was slim but after he left it was zero. Is that the kind of player to carry on the Lakers for the future?

Why do there have to be someone to blame? Everyone played their asses off. They didn't win the championship....it happens. Is this the first year you watched the NBA???

Aww poor spoiled lakers fans, you might have to wait till next year for your championship Stop trying to find someone to blame while the team is learning to build with one another. Sure they might have injuries, age, talent and MVPs to deal with but the fact is chemistry takes time. The Heat didn't win their first year with the big 3 so why should you? Just enjoy watching your team of All Stars that still made the playoffs while you whine and complain all season....sorry if I seem grumpy as i am a Suns fans and too familiar with losing

The hilarious thing is that the thread wasn't started by a Lakers fan. Just saying.

This x10

Not to mention the egos.

Blow up the team, it was an embarrassment.

Too much money, too much talent, too little brains
