You state you didn't send with delivery confirmation. Do you have the receipt from the post office for the date you first stated you sent the card? Not that the receipt replaces a delivery confirmation, but it would add validity to your claim.

If you have none of these and your claim is that you trusted the buyer, then take this as a valuable lesson. I don't see this going in your favor at all.

You state you sent the second card so you wouldn't be out $300 plus.This also validates Gman's point that you did in fact try to cover up something. The sending of the second card and your statement in this thread that you did so to try and recoup your money is not good for you.

I live in Las Vegas. I'm also terribly bored right now. Can I just go to the shop where he said he purchased the Jennings card and ask them about it. I know them all quite well.

Then we can all relax, or call in the feds, depending on what I find out.

As far as the screen shot, you can tell that the one that gman had was from a scanner and the shot next to it was made from a camera....

Correct,but on 12/10 he said I was trying to sell the card from the ebay link that was his.

Yes! The photo I have in my comp is from my phone! He clearly scanned his next to a Tyreke Evans auto! I don't get why people don't see this!!

To be up front before I make my uninformed opinion I only read the first post, honestly who sends a 170$ card without D/C? Scammed or not it is your own fault for being dumb.

Comment....one of the few times I have ever been screwed on the bay is when I did not use DC; buyer saw and claimed no receipt. Happens all the time. I lost the $40 product and $7 shipping. It was pretty sexy.

From what I can tell, gmans accounts look pretty solid on ebay. Only thing I saw were 5 bid retractions in the past 12 months on the meta-lika account. Not sure if that's a lot or not, but he does buy a ton on there.

Nope,not a single one. Ebay to me is secondary income and no reason to even think of trying to screw with that
