Anyone else notice he is selling a Bibby Topps Chrome also? Check out the dude that bought all the pennies, he bought the same bibby. Came across this yesterday and reported it as well.

Here is my thing, how can someone bid 3 thousand dollars and not check into the serial number for verification?

Was thinking the same thing. I am the high bidder on both the regular and the sticker. The most it would let me bid is $10,000 on each without entering a credit card number.

I guess that will put an end to those bogus auctions.

I explained it already....average person doesn't need more then one...but flippers it makes it easier for them....if I get a huge steal and pay 10 dollars for a card that normally sells for 50 and then feedback is left I get the card and then try and resell it...all a guy has to do is check my eBay feedback if you only have one account and see you got a huge steal so instead of offering ya 45-50 they decide to offer ya 25 seeing that you only paid 10....

but if you have a seller account and a buying account someone cant check your feedback and instantly see what you paid for an item, sure you could make your feedback private...but that instantly tosses up red flags to buyers

there is nothing wrong with having a buying account and a selling account as long as your on the up and up and not using one to jack up the selling prices with the other....

id venture to say that quite a few people here have multiple ebay accounts...its just they don't use them to shill...

I can see your point I guess, can't you also hide what things you buy? I'm not sure to be honest. I have always used one account for everything and never had an issue. If I want a card I will pay what it takes to win and not change my offer based on what the other person paid. To me that isn't relevant, but I can see where some people get jealous when someone else finds a steal and makes some money. Thanks for clarifying your opinion, I didn't see where you posted it before.

Alot of it has to do with buyers wanting to keep what they buy personal after someone gets to know who you are. This happens a lot with player collectors. If a certain ebay handle is seen as always bidding and winning, other ebayers will purposely bid more just to make that person pay more or go into a bidding war purposely so they either dont get it or pay more for it.

I dont agree to multiple accounts but it happens. To each their own. Sometimes people create new accounts to get off blocked lists. Some have mulitple accounts to hide from stalkers.
