Bowman Sterling Help w/D-wade Fold out

Hey, Just wondering what I pulled. I thought I had a pretty good pull with the fold out(thought it might be autoed) but saw it was #d to 999. I didn't see any odds of these on the packs. Anyone else pulled one?

It is not attached real good. It could probably come out easily.

They were given away by Topps at the All Star Game and you can find them on Ebay - lots of them got trashed -
