I have heard this twice. Does anyone know any facts on this at all?

Edit: Well for a man who has not be seen in over two weeks, he just had some high dollar auctions end.

Bryan, the one who has not been seen, does not run the ebay account. Bryan finances the box breaking but does not operate or deal with the ebay account, that is someone totally different.

I would assume the Ebay account and who runs it would be implicated "if" the money used to finance did come from those accounts. I know of Attyball, and he was a seller I had saved - but I never bought from him or paid too much attention to the massive breaks on youtube. Just never interested me, so I guess I'm not on the up & up on who everyone is.

he's a politician.... and Philippine politicians have a great track record for corruption...

but at the same time he's the best pound for pound fighter in the world (F U Mayweather) so there is still *some* hope.

I said the same thing! No one pisses away that much of their money on "cardboard" no matter how much they have. Well at least all those who had their money stolen can look all over ebay and see where it went! Im kinda glad I didnt when the Bird auto I was bidding on from him two weeks ago. Probably wouldnt have gotten it.

Its too bad it happend and people lost alot of their money. But i bought a Limited Phenoms PLAT 1/1 Jonny Flynn from these people on ebay. I was not able to pay right away and they were a pleasure to do business with. Its too bad we probably wont be seeing any more case breakes from these dudes.

I would. But maybe that's why I'm not rich.

Think of the discounts you'd get if you could buy, say, 250 cases of NT. If you could get it for $1200/case, that's only $300,000. For a dude that has 50 million, 300K isn't too much. And there's probably a way to write off the loss on your taxes. Would a distributor even sell 250 cases to one person? I mean, are there any rules in place that would stop a billionaire from buying, let's say, 1000 cases of NT? If not, then someone could really corner the market on the product.

Just think of the fun of opening 250 cases of NT. Wow. I'd do it. You only live once...

This is the mindset I am in when I spend a lot of money on cards. Why hold onto money when you might die tomorrow and not get to reap the benefits?

My guess is that this was all one big elaborate money laundering operation to get the money he was stealing clean. Buy a whole bunch of cards with the dirty money, rip, sell on ebay, get payment to paypal attached to a clean bank account. WA LA....and all for 6% or so.
