Default My Top 10 PC Michael Jordan Cards

Hope you enjoy my Top 10 Michael Jordan PC Showcase.

10 - A recent pick-up - had an opportunity to grab this 1996 SPX Holoview from my favorite cardshop the other day. He had a few Jordan inserts....must have bought someones collection. I just enjoy looking at these kind of cards.

9 - Here is the other Holoview, SPX 97-98 I picked up that day. A real nice card, instantly became a favorite.

8 - This is the first Jordan Jersey that I ever pulled. It was from a box of 2003-04 Black Diamond.....Triple Diamond Jersey #7/100.

7 - I pulled this from a box of 2006-07 Ultimate Collection. One of my favorite products when Upper Deck was NBA licensed. Triple Jersey #9/10. Nice clean design...only 10!

6- My first Atomic Refractor. I pulled this from a pack of 96-97 Bowmans Best pack while looking for Kobe RC's......I was thrilled when I saw it.

5 - I pulled this in 2005 from a tin of 04-05 SP Signature at a card show It was a redemption and a SP, only 10 made...I don't even think they list it.

4 - I pulled this from a box of 2005-06, UD Portraits purchased at my favorite card shop. There is a good story that goes with this pull. I admired this card in the magazine promos and pulled it! This has happened more than once! It was redemption that took almost 2 years to receive. I was in Beckett after pulling this one. Quad Portrait #7/10.....HOF...50 Greatest....Nice!

3 - I purchased this from my favorite card shop some years ago. It was originally in a PSA slab, but I had it re-slabbed by beckett.

2 - I love Exquisite Cards and was thrilled pulling this from a 2007-08 Exquisite box. Old school meets new school...two of the best. Enshrinements #4/10, AU graded 10.

1 - This is my favorite..clean...sharp...beautiful patch, Noble Nameplates #15/18. I pulled it from a box of 2008-09 Exquisite Basketball. Sharp AU graded 10.

The PSA grade of the Jordan was 9 prior to me sending it to BGS.

I have the non AU version of your card. My first time seeing the AU version.

Yeah...I like the pic on the Finals card, makes him look sort of godly lol.

so when you sent the card in to BGS did you leave it slabbed or did you crack it first before you sent it?

I left it in the slab. No need to chance damaging the card....let the experts do it.

Amazing Cards!! Question- What is your feelings about the RC after you got it back as a 8.5? I know BGS carries a bit of a premium but I think I'd be a bit disappointed in going from a 9 to a 8.5 even if was from PSA to BGS. Anyways just curious of your thoughts and feelings on that

I feel that it was given a fair grade. It's a great card and I wanted it in a BGS holder. Prior to having it reslabbed, I took it to a cardshow and had them review it, so I was not suprised with their evaluation of the card. PSA only graded cards with 8, 9, 10 grades, they did not give the .5 grades and did not give a breakdown of the grade.

Yeah I know that about PSA, So it sounds like you were expecting it to be a 8.5 and was ok with it. That is cool in my book. Love the collection and I know I have only seen 10 cards lol
