6) Now is time for the fun!! Begin watching the game, at the end of each quarter match the last digit of each teams score with the grid.
Example: At the end of the first quarter the AFC team has 17 and the NFC team has 14. Go to the AFC top row of numbers and find the number 7 (last digit of 17) then go to the NFC left column of numbers and find the number 4 (last digit of 14) find where these two numbers intersect on the grid and the name in that square wins the first quarter prize.

I just called and found out that the majority of the packs they will be putting in these will be retail, not hobby.

Still at a buck a pack and a chance at a 3K spending spree (and the other prizes seem to be pretty decent).....not all that bad IMHO. Lord knows we've all spend 200 on worse. For me the worst case scenerio I'm spending a week ripping assorted packs. But for me since i also collect base cards, this is a great chance to get a large assortment of packs and maybe hopefully finish off some sets.

well said iluvsifh2 i agree with the chance at 3000 alone makes it a big deal plu getting to have 200 packs to rip isnt bad either.

I just read in promo #2 that if the board doesn't fill they will randomely give out the rest of the spots to the guys already on the board.But it doesn't say if the Prizes will stay the same.That info was given by Blowout cards.Might have to keep checking promo #2 or this one to get answer on prizes staying the same or not.

The prizes would have to stay the same. People bought entries based on the prizes listed. For them to change the prizes afterwards would not be received well...

Wait, so if they don't fill this they will randomly give the rest of the open slots away to existing board members? So......now that 1 person has bought a slot.....if no one else buys any slots they'll give away the other 99?

No not to boards members, the rest of the spots would be radomized to those who have purchased in the certain promo. So if fish is the only one well Congrats fish.

So if in fact only 5 people were to buy the packs, all spots on the board would be given to those who purchased? That seems pretty costly for BO. Maybe Pat or Chris could shed some light on this.

Pat posted about this in the Promo # 2 thread. If the slots dont fill, the extra slots will be randomized based on the those that have currently bought slots and filled that way.

Any promotion can be costly, dont forget though we're still 3 weeks away from the SB, so there is still lots of time for these to fill.

I think the superbowl is two weeks from tommorrow. I would also like to know if the slots do not fill will the prizes remain the same?

i belive they wwill stay the same due to the fact that someone has already bought a block for this promo. so i dot think it could be changed after that.

And if they lessen the prizes after people pay, those who placed orders before the change would not get what they were promised (the unopened product and an entry into the pool with the prizes posted at the time of the order) and it would leave them open to credit card and PayPal disputes.

Yes and no....Not really keen on them changing the rules, but if it doesnt fill I can see them trying to save their looses. But as it states your buying the cards and they're giving you a free entry into the pool. So your still buying the cards, not the entry ticket. So I doubt any PP disputes could be won. If I win something great in the drawing, awesome, if not thats ok too (but Pat..0, 7, and 3 are my favorite numbers when it comes to squares

Yes they did state they would randomize slots in the 2nd promo but I can see them altering the 3rd promo if it were only 10% filled. It would very reasonable considering the prizes

Considering how honest and generous Chris and Pat are, I don't see them altering the prizes. Its just so they can cover their butts if say only 10-20 people buy into it. Like its been mentioned above, you are buying a product and getting a FREE entry for a contest.

I plan on getting in this one. I'm not a football collector so I'm not sure what I will do with the 200 packs though. I might open the better ones and try and sell the rest.
