Here are the Rules:

1) All Cards posted must be from Boxes or Cases Purchased from BLOWOUTCARDS. (We can match up the user name to their purchase history)

2) All PULLS must be from the current Month

3) The Staff at Blowoutcards will choose and post the Winner each Month on this Threads or decide on other methods.
