i wonder if they are going to just random the 64 slots and use the results for all 4 promos....

personally I think they should random each promo seperately than the others...

i was just worried that they would take #1-64, random it and then use that random for all 4 promos, straight down the line...for example, if the random came out for the first 16 numbers as:

then they would say that is the order for the east region in all 4 promo's 1 seed to 16 seed.

the reason i'm asking is i have spot #24 in 2 promos, just don't want to have the same team for both....
