I landed on a box of 2011 Panini Plates & Patches Football Hobby Box. Doesn't look like a bad product...I'm a hockey collector but because of the lock out I've been getting my feet wet with some football and baseball product. Black friday deals also helped in making that decision :P. Any way, not a $169 product but I'm content! Hope I pull something sweet!

That sucks. I guess that's the price you pay for having a job.

Maybe next year they can run this promotion on Cyber Sunday so people with regular jobs stand a chance at participating...

I'd love to sit at work all day and order sports cards, but I would get fired.

They've done this type of lottery promotion before for Thanksgiving and Halloween so maybe they will do it again soon.

Maybe they will do it again... and maybe I'll be at work again when they run it...

Maybe there are better ways to promote and handle the contest... Maybe they could sell more spots at a cheaper price and hand out hobby packs as the low ticket item...

Oh well. I'll celebrate my inability to play by spending $169 somewhere else.

Yeah, but even if the slots were cheaper, say $75 or $100...I don't know how many people would take that gameble and walk away with only a hobby pack...at least with a low end box, you still have a slight chance at something decent

Great luck for me on this promo versus the stinkers I got on the Halloween & Thanksgiving promos but too bad for me that I don't really collect baseball.
