Early Medal of Honor... it was a way for me to go back in time and participate in combat from my heroes era. With 5 real world deployments under my belt, it helped me escape without being involved in the real danger. Never forget to support your troops from any era... you might not agree with the politics, but the troops shouldn't be shunned because of it. These games tried to capture the essence, history and challenges involved in a semi realistic game.

This is a PC game but the Sim City line of games from Maxis. A friend introduced it to me in 2nd grade back in 1993 and I've bought (I should say "my parents") every single release since (Sim City 2000, Sim City 3000, Sim City 4). Needless to say, I'm looking forward to the upcoming Sim City 5. It's been almost 10 years since Sim City 4 came out.

Nothing wiled away the college evenings with friends better than an RBI Baseball tournament, complete with brackets posted on the brick walls...the perfect combination of skill, luck, and hand-eye coordination.

So much to choose from, but like many have said Super Smash Bro on the N64. There are a multitude of amazing games on the N64, but this truly stands out from the rest in my opinion.

My favorite video game has to be NFL Blitz on the N64. That was my first game I ever played and remains to never get old whenever I play it. Thanks

Baseball Stars for the original NES. It was fun to create your own team and customize leagues however you wanted. You started out trying to beat the Lovely Ladies, then worked your way up to the American Dream. Babe Ruth played Catcher for them, that's not an easy victory.

so many to choose from! but I would say top 2 original Mario or the first TNMT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) game for the NES! My son has become a fan of the original Sonic that we downloaded onto the Wii. Thanks BO for my first black Friday experience, didnt win anything didnt buy much but had a heck of a time just chatting it up on the boards and seeing all the amazing deals! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!

Hardest question ever.
Between Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time, GoldenEye 64, Super Mario World, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 64... GoldenEye 64 it changed my life. (OOT and MM did as well, but nothing has been the same since GoldenEye) |
