Yep, a free contest where any person has the potential to win something nice at no cost to them and people still find a way to be ungrateful.

There is a note I believe its from yahoo not BO saying the spread changed at the last minute so they decided to disqualify it for pickums that use the spread. Not sure what that means for this contest, if we are automatically onto week 3 or if just 15 games will count.

Yeah, I got points for the Pats on the Pickem' without the spread, but because the Blowout promo uses the spreads, we all got disqualified on that one. Curious if it disqualifies us all from winning this week or not.

I think someone hit this last year which kind of surprised me.

Technically, oddsmakers do their best to make the games 50/50 because bookmakers are not looking for risk - they are looking to get even action on both sides of each game and just collect the vig.

So, with 16 games, assuming 50/50 chance on each, you have a 1:65,536 chance of getting all correct.

Maybe some very good handicappers can find a few games each week that they feel the odds are incorrectly set, but even if they knew 4 were a lock for sure (which is really pushing it), that brings down the chances to 1:4096.
