It would have to be Babe Ruth because he is the Babe Ruth's nicknames are "The Sultan of Swat", "The King of Crash", "The Colosus of Clout", "The Babe", and the most important "The Great Bambino".

Being a huge Detroit Tigers fan, I would have to go with Ty Cobb. One of the greatest players the club has had play for them.

Nap Lajoie because he was the only one I was not familiar with and I just researched him. This hobby is about collecting, and I would create the 1/1 of him. Perhaps it wouldn't be the strongest marketing move, but that's my choice. Thanks!

Babe Ruth, so the history of the card could transcend baseball itself....

Babe Ruth would be my choice. Being a collector of NY based teams, a card like that would be the crown jewel of my collection.

Like many of the previous posters, I would love to have a cut auto of Babe Ruth. He backed up his larger-than-life personality and lifestyle with production on the field, an accomplishment rarely seen in sports.

Thanks for the GREAT contest,
Melissa

Walter Johnson, he is one of the most under rated players of all time to be a HOFer. His signature is extremely hard to find.

Cy Young because he is the only one on the list that has an award for his name. Ałso, his career wins mark will never be broken. He is a class act!

I would choose Babe Ruth because he was one of the players that helped make baseball what it is today. His popularity helped sell the game.

It would be Babe Ruth for me because he was not only one of the best and most popular baseball players of all time, he was popular beyond the baseball diamond for his generosity off the field.
