One of the things that interests me most about this product are the "additional hits", these are Full Sized player worn and autographed NFL jersey's. All I know is what's on the sell sheet: full RC jersey's, signed, pulled as redemption's.

Does anyone know more? What's the odds? Are they of RC's only? One jersey per player? More? Has any previous product had pulls like this?

LOL can you imagine opening a 500+ pack of cards and pulling a jordan todman auto for your rc and shonn greene auto for your veteran...this will happen more often than it won't in this product

Can't wait to purchase this stuff though.......on the secondary market!

Yes. Upper Deck Authentics in, 2001, I believe was the year. 1:2 boxes was a redemption for some type of UD Authenticated item. It was freaking loaded. 16x20's of HOFers, 8x10s, helmets, footballs, jerseys... and more. I was picking up cases that worked out to $50/box at one point. Insanely great product. I still have a Peyton Manning auto'd jersey, Aikman auto'd 8x10, Montana auto'd 8x10 from those redemptions. Other stuff I had pulled was a T.Bradshaw 16x20, Terrell Davis auto'd photos (2), Dan Marino auto'd ball....

yeah, you won't see any type of value like that in a product ever again.

Its only $450 right now and good luck finding it at that price after release..last years still sells for $500 and the group of rookies this year is hotter.

Preordered a case locked in at $1300 through another site. Last years is still expensive as previously mentioned. Prices will go up or at least remain steady. This years class is hot. I hope that the auto jerseys are 1/1. Looks like the quotables are /25. Wasn't last year /10?
I know baseball had a Fleer product with autographed hats inside the box in the early 2000's. Also Absolute Memo. Football had the framed auto/jerseys in the boxes. Remembered pulling a Brunell I want to say 2002ish.

Man I don't know about this, you get 8 cards and it comes out to about $60.62 per card. Personally I can't really justify the return on this product?

Take out the base and it's $97 per hit. That's insane.

it is a beautiful set...

But it is such a massive loss even if you hit something nice like a manning auto

Supreme for 80 a pack is much better shot of getting value

I'm very curious about both Five Star and Supreme. Even Precision looks promising on the sell sheet.

One thing about Five Star that it has that the others don't is the auto'd RC full jersey (redemption's), those could be huge pulls. Probably will be very hard to pull though.

Topps must be sitting on some great patches, because TTT and the last couple of releases were short on lots of good patches. I'm guessing whichever product has the better patches, Five Star or Supreme, that product will probably be the better break. Of course Five Star has all on card auto's, hard to beat that...

Beautifull looking cards imo.
I am worried that topps will make it a lackluster product tho... hooked everyone in last year and then the second year is fail (see panini limited basketball 09 / 10... amazing product next year was not nearly)

Well I just found the cards Ill be busting my butt to get!!! Those Jerry Rices are sick!!!! and must haves for me. Just too bad they all have the same exact pic of him. O well They all will look excellent in my 49ers PC. Cant wait to add them.

Not really liking the lack of nice patches in this product. I pre-ordered a case because last I had a great time opening it. This year's seems to be not as good. I hope I'm wrong.

I think this product will be a big let down this year. Im thinking NT will be the better value.

Yeah, that's possible.

One thing is for sure, the last few Topps releases have not been stocked with multi-color patches. Both TTT and Supreme had some nice patches, but they were few and far between. Topps must have a stockpile and I would hope they'd have to go into Precision or Five Star as those are the only releases left. Five Star also has a real nice Veteran/Legend checklist, and the redemption's for the Full sized Player Worn Jersey's signed by the rookies. I could be wrong, but I'm guessing Five Star will be better than anything Topps released this year.

Well..............It dont look like Topps had that stock pile of patches some of us thought they did. I see NT sales taking off now that whats unfolding with 5 Star.
