Does anyone know how to drop inactive teams from a ESPN League.

I'm running a 12 team league and I have 2 slots that I need to drop people from because they are not responsive and haven't paid. Is there anyway to drop them?

I'm a commisioner in a espn league and in commish tools I'm pretty sure there is a add/delete teams link
