Need help with my roster

I'm currently tied for 5th in my 12-team fantasy league with a record of 4-4. The top 8 teams make the playoffs - the 8th place team has a record of 3-5, so I'm definitely not in a great position. Standard league (1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1W/R/T)

Here is my roster:

QB - Aaron Rodgers
RB - DeMarco Murray, Darren Sproles
Bench - Reggie Bush, LeGarrette Blount, Peyton Hills,
WR - Dez Bryant, Julio Jones, James Jones
Bench - Jonathan Baldwin, Robert Meachem, Davone Bess, Braylon Edwards
TE - Dallas Clark
DEF - Dallas
K - John Kasey

In your opinion, where am I weakest and where do I have the most depth for trades purposes?

I think id put Blount in over Sproles and maybe Meachem over Jones and id put Sproles at ur flex spot.
