In a 12 team keeper league Non-PPR (basicaly Head to Head style scoring, with QB getting 6pts per td, 1pt/25yds passing and 1pt/10yd rushing, -1/interception) was unfortunate to take over a crap team so these are my qb's

Dalton vs Bronco's # 8 passing Def giving up p/g 213yds/13td's/7 int
or
Palmer vs Buccaneer's #31 passing Def giving up p/g 310yds/9td's/10 int

TD/INT
Dalton 13/10
Palmer 9/5

FA is very bare
Weeden v Baltimore
Tannehill v Colts is the top 2 in FA

I'd go with Palmer. I hadn't realized it but he's scoring around 16pts per game in fantasy land.
