Any opinions on the future of Gold/Silver spot proces moving forward. Silver touched under 19 yesterday for a brief moment but has rallied a little since. Gold has me wondering how it will react when the inevitable stock market correction happens. I think it should be bullish for gold but at the same time, globally some currencies are really not performing well. Some currencies could collapse is the signals I am getting.

I will guess we end year with silver between 13-16 per oz
Gold around 1400-1550.

Are my guesses in line with yours or how do you see our economy playing out this year? Thoughts? Comments

I did see that when it was under $19 for a little bit. Anytime its under $20 is a buy for me. If it drops lower to around $15 like some are predicting I will deff be buying allot extra.

im made a VERY large purchase when it was at $18.90 and I woke up this morning with a bad feeling in my gut and half way thru the day BAM +$.50!!!!!!!!!
woot woot!!!!!
their is to much at risk as far as paper silver for it to dip below 19
I think the 1300 mark for gold as well
these are my opinions so don't trade your house for silver.

I expect a dip before the summer to year-end ramp, seems like the norm for the last couple of years.

Really unless your dealing with online bullion trading at high volumes. the small rises and dips are meaningless. When you buy Physical PM by the time it arrives at your house could be up or down. If you think Gold will get back to 1800 and silver 40 you are dreaming. If it ever does its only because the dollar has lost more value. I think i posted in this thread earlier 18.75-19.90 on silver and 1225-1325 on gold. End of year prices. Your better off buying blue chip stocks that pay good dividends than buying PM.

I agree with the first part about small ups and downs are really meaningless but the dollar is crap and is only getting worse. More people are into metals now than ever so get ready people its coming(maybe not today or tomorrow but it is coming) I have gotten rid of ALL my cash and swapped it for metal in the past 6 months and im doing a lot better now that I did that

Simple math and common sense tells me silver is a good buy under $20, and will be a better buy if it goes lower.

The London silver 'fix' is going away soon, most of the original participants in the London gold 'fix' have resigned due to the investigations of manipulation by the German regulator. The banks are being sued by investors for the futures contract dumps that crush the prices of silver/gold in seconds. It's beginning to unravel. Every fiat currency collapses. Every. Single. One. It will not "be different this time".

Agreed yes small ups and down are small fry. As they often time the manipulation like clockwork you can take adantage of this with a leveraged short position at certain times of the day. Dont think I could sleep holding a leveraged position for too long though.

The $ price of gold and silver will eventualy become meaningless. Given the average life span of a fiat currency is somthing like ~43 years this one has been around for too long already. More and more deals are being done that undermine the pinning of the petrodollar. Gold and silver seems to be what the big players i.e. central banks are after the rest if just paper that can become worthless over night.

While everyone is running back to cash, I'm here enjoying buying up silver for cheap.

Buy guns and food, you can't eat gold and silver. You certainly cannot defend yourself with it either.

I know Smackvay has his CCW. So he doesn't play but your advice should be taken by others who are not as well protected.

Also a kilo gold or silver bar could be used as a weapon, just not a very effective one

Sharpen up the end of one of the larger bullet rounds and you have yourself a nice shank

Who is telling the public "how much gold" is actually mined to this date? Hope you can believe all the sources.

Its not like a regulated amount of shares available. Its all hearsay and actually worst then the already badly manipulated stock market.

I sold all my gold 2 years ago. bought cards. lol
