Default Coin Pricing Question/Help?

Hi all!

I'm sorry for making this thread but I figure I would post it in case anyone might be able to help me out!

I was doing some cleaning recently and came across this coin. I know absolutely nothing about old coins or currency so I am completely lost when it comes to possibly selling this on ebay. It would be worth $1 or maybe $20 I honestly have no idea.

I thought I would post some scans to see if you all might know off the top of your head what the value might be. As you can tell from the picture the case the coin is in is in pretty bad shape. The back is a bit sticky as it looks like something was spilled on it. The coin doesn't seem to be in the best condition either but then again I have no idea what good/bad condition of a coin might be :P

From what I was able to research I believe the face on the coin is of Nicholas II the Czar of Russia/Poland but that's about it!

Sorry for rambling but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

You are correct on the picture. It's a 1897 Russian Empire 1 Rouble/Ruble coin. It's 90% silver.
