Cool COMIC HELP

Unfortunately my Uncle passed away recently. He was a huge comic book collector and left hundreds upon hundreds of comics with my aunt. We arent too sure the worth of these comics....I wanted to know if anyone on here can help us out? We put quite a bit of the older comics into excel sorted by the following: Comic series name/issue number/Volume/publisher/GRADE(what we believe it is)/issue date/Price paid (at time...e.x:$.012)/special story line

We have about 600 uploaded and sorted as written above in an Excel spreadsheet as well as a PDF of the spreadsheet. Please let me know if anyone is willing to quickly look through the list and let us know some values or if any one of the comics is worth more than others?! I will email the list to you.

Thanks ahead of time.

I would post the sheet online then link it, that way you will get input and possible buyers.
Just make sure people ask OPENLY in the thread on certain titles else you are liable to get bamboozled

Every collecting hobby has people trying to make a fast buck and comics is not any different, I see it here from time to time

I think you can upload the spreadsheet to google drive, and have it open to anyone.

The only problem with just listing issues is the quality of the comic, tings etc..people are very anal about that..

Sorry to hear about your uncle bud. You can check out some of the stickies in this section if you want to do a spot check for some books that are hot or have potential.

For the Google docs, it's all saved on the cloud. So when you create the document you should be able to provide a URL like any other website. You may need to check the permissions for who can access it.

You could always hire someone that knows about comics to sell it off for you. Maybe give them a 15% commission or such.
