Stan lee cgc signature series opportunity
SUBMIT YOUR BOOKS TO PARADISE COMICS BY JUNE 30TH, 2012 TO GET YOUR COMIC(S) SIGNED BY "THE MAN" HIMSELF
Coinciding with the 2012 San Diego Comic-con, Paradise Comics is proud to announce a private signing with Stan Lee. We are happy to offer our customers another limited opportunity to have their comics signed by comics legend Stan "the Man" Lee and graded and authenticated by Certified Guaranty Company, LLC for the prestigious Signature Series label. Mr. Lee has agreed to sign a reasonable number of comic books for Paradise Comics. Paradise would again like to allow collectors the opportunity to include their books as part of that number. The comic books will be signed in the presence authorized CGC witnesses and will be sent directly to CGC for Grading. The books will receive the prestigious CGC Signature Series yellow label with a notation. Comics will be returned to you in a timely manner (see CGC for turnaround times for the specific tiers). am i reading this right that the cost is $110 plus a cgc fee but will not exceed $200 (for a modern for example)

plus postage costs it looks like as well. I don't like that they tier their prices like that, but they're really the only game in town outside of PGX which isn't as widely known for grading. I mean, Stans auto should cost what it cost regardless of the value of the book. It's just their way of getting a cut of your collectible value.

oustide of SDCC how many opportunities are there really to get him to sign AND have it authenticated by cgc?
