Just wondering...is Overstreet as out of touch on pricing as Beckett? is it even worth buying? Thanks in advance for any insight!

For newer/more recent hotter books I think it is out of touch but I use it in conjunction with Ebay completed values much like Beckett since there are some books that I wouldn't even look up on Ebay without reading the value in Overstreet first. I like to read the year's updates from the comic book shops to see how silver/bronze/copper/modern sales are for each area to see if there are items that may be getting hotter but still may not be fully priced into the guide yet. So, for me, that is worth the purchase alone.
