Indy's Pick: Marvel Super-Heroes #18 / Guardians of the Galaxy
 

Fellow Speculators - A Guardians of the Galaxy movie is in development. This would make Marvel Super-Heroes #18 (Jan. 1969) a KEY issue[B] "IF" [/B]the movie source material is indeed the 1960's team.

If not, we're looking at the Guardians of the Galaxy (vol. 2) #1 (May 2008) being the key book. Since Thanos will play a big role in the Marvel Universe on screen, my guess is it will be the [URL="http://d1466nnw0ex81e.cloudfront.net/iss/600w/310/83101/4230671_1.jpg"]2nd 2008 book material they pull from[/URL]. This 2nd book is an undervalued gem right now & can be picked up cheap! Don't say I didn't tell ya! Pick these up and keep an eye out for them, good to stock up a few. ;)

Yea I don't have the whole 2008 run yet, but it's a great book, especially if you're into the cosmic stuff!

There's going to be announcement tomorrow at SDCC in relation to this. You may see the book pick up interest fast.

well it does have a raccoon in it.

They announced the movie over the weekend and every BIN on Ebay was hit almost instantly.

has been making waves on E bay in the $25 range as is Hulk #271
