3 New books to keep an eye out for

I see these three books having potential for value in the next 2 years, so keep your eyes out for them. The better condition, the better

Fantastic Four #66 - Adam Warlock 1st appearance as "Him"
Marvel Premier #1 - 1st full appearance of Adam Warlock
Strange Tales #175 - 1st appearance of Magus

and also a 4th book, Doctor Strange 1st Appearance in Strange Tales #110 (NOT CHEAP!)

These two characters have rumors swirling about them in regards to appearing in upcoming marvel films, and they're still somewhat cheap.

Im thinking adam warlock may appear in the gotg film if they go the infinity gem route.
