Default Thoughts on Joker's Death of the Family Run

What do you guys think of the Death of the Family releases. Seems to hit about 23 issues of various books. First one is Batman 13 in Oct, ending with Batman 17 in Feb.

Do you see this being a desirable run? Deciding whether or not to buy a couple issues or all or none....

Thanks!

As a life-long Bat-Fan, I'm super pumped about it. I'm gonna buy them all. I have a feeling it's going to be WICKED!

Like valuable wicked, or storyline wicked. I know the story will be amazing, just curious if it will be worth several outside of the reader copy...

Depends on what happens. If the Joker starts killing off characters, then yes, they will be key issues and dry up fast.. I'll do my best to keep an eye an it and point out anything it think might make them definite pickups as I'll be picking it up anyway.

And Detective Comics #13 will be a good pickup as John Layman(Chew/Mars Attacks) starts writing it next issue. I dig his sense of humor, although, doubt he makes Batman too funny, but ya never know.
