What do you guys think, Good deal? I ordered the walking dead #103 variants but since I never ordered from DF I'm wondering if the signed comics come with COA.

50 in blood red. Then there is the regular signed copy as well for $20

The midtown signed copies of walking dead 100 came from DF with certificates.

i would say crap TBH
I collect Chew, have close to 400 from 1 up.
One thing I notice is that Variants die fast with the run
The only one people still want, myself included, wasn't even a variant and that is the #22 with Chu on the Cover as all I have are Olive covers

The Reservoir Chog is worth 1/5 what the normal issue is worth
The SDCC #19 sells consistently when at auction for 5.00, people tend to have them on BO at 20.00

No, CHEW Variants, not so much in demand. Save your cash unless you just like the cover. The only way you would see investment growth is a plot twist in the story arc,which isn;t going to happen to issue 30

IMO,Avoid it

Thanks for the info gibberish. I never went through with the purchase. I still have zero chew issues and felt like I would b wasting my money if I started with this issue. Much rather start at the beginning.

I'm passing on this variant as well. Unless you're a DIE HARD fan of the book and MUST HAVE it, I don't see it picking up much steam as far as value unless they eventually make the series and it takes off like gang busters. I did order some Walking Dead #103's though, but not autographed since they'll all get green labels due to not being witnessed by CGC and those tend to re-sell poorly.

Thanks so much for this. I picked one up. Not for profitability, but because this is one of my favorite series. I really like the cover art. Will be great for the collection and to display.

My local comic shp has a whole mess of Chews as far back as #14 for cover price. Are they worth it? I may pick some up if they are..

17 and 22 at cover price are a steal
If you get multiple 22's that have Det.Chu on the cover,sell me 2. I have 1 and 4 with Olive on the cover

For 40.00, I would suggest picking up 4-5 copies of #10 1st print
Your growth value would far exceed issue 29
OR
Pick up 1 2nd print #1 and pocked 10-15.00
If the word IF does apply,then you would be looking at 200-300 for 2nd print #1 on the LOW side up front

I still say if you like it,buy it. If you are playing the long odds, better ways to do that and cheaper
