Fun pick ups today
 

Got my usual reads but picked up two copies of the Hastings edition of uncanny avenegers. Two copies of the batgirl #13 and three of the batman #13. Really neat cover on the batman and batgirl. They have a crap load left of the uncanny avengers Hastings one. The girl had at the check out said she checked it out and they don't even trick or treat in it....

I think the Batgirl #13 will be under-ordered. There were a ton of Batman #13 copies at my lcs but only 2 copies of Batgirl #13. The other lcs I went to had a ton of Batman #13 and only a handful of Batgirl #13...fwiw

Yeah I bought the last two. That one says prologue as well.

Batgirl is typically under-ordered, so completists who want the entire line of books will be after that Batgirl #13, so I expect them to be $9-$15 or more pretty quickly.

It has the joker face cover like the batman does. Really neat

I found the Batman #13 with the cool diecut cover at my LCS but could not find a Batgirl #13. Which is odd because up until a month ago I could have sworn the LCS carried the title. So I'm wondering if someone didn't come in and just buy the entire stack of book! GRRRR. :mad: :)!

Batgirl has a much lower print run, shops didn't order enough, AND it sold out, so it's gonna be hot in the secondary market, as is Catwoman #13 which comes out next week and is already sold out. Pick that one up if you can find it.

Currently Batgirl #13 is a $15 book! :O
