I also have a 27 FS that,like the 19, has not been read
I also have a 1-6 that are signed
I was going to move these on CGC....but that got too confusing FAST.
I started with the auto'ed 1-6 and the questions got weird....Gloves and finger prints ? terry cloth...hello....:P
No,nice guys over there, they just think everyone is over-grading books or out to get ya....need 10k posts there to be seen as honest it appears

Anyway

Beautilful book, grade it, make money, have fun.
No, I do not have a cgc submission account. Considered it several times tonight and I gotta admit, I despise grading...I know, I am a tool

Book has gone insane this week with 9.8's going from 500/book to 850/book
Book looks like a 9.6 to a 9.8 to me,but after a discussion today with Rob, we do not have the time to wait on grading on all of the books. He also said a guy with glasses should not be allowed to guess a grade on a book that uses numbers and stick with letters :P

Minor,but I was told that a 9.8 is possible but 9.6 is more probable....+1 for Rob's glasses remark I suppose

Of all of these books I have, I have found 3 issues.

The 2nd copy of #2, auto'ed by Moore, has a compression mark on the back. Will sell it as is or I will press it Tuesday. It's minor, graded as is would lower it to a 9.0-9.2. After pressing 9.4 or better
I have a #5 with a literal snag on the back cover. It is minor, but to me it makes the book a 8.5. It;s not key so it won;t get the gravy push to a 9.0 IMO

The number 3 has a compression on the back that makes it an 8.5 as well and I am going to try and press it out as well but it has several folds and is by the spine and may cause more issues,so I dunno. It's 80 dlvd

Rest are at the store and will bring them home Tuesday if you need images of those
Odds are I will unload them initially 1 issue at a time,so lmk if you want specifics

Do not have 63 also there is no 61 as I know it is also a better book for pricing

I will get the rest of those books scanned and posted for you then and price you then. Don;t want to iron out a price and then at the last minute,realize there is a damaged spot,ding, urine stain....:P etc and so forth

For anyone who thinks that's a lot for a comic, well, it is, BUT, I've see them raw go for a lot more than that RAW. This is a STEAL at this price provided it's in NM/M condition?? Gibberish will have to fill us in on the condition details. Graded at 9.8 its a 2k book. I'd snag it, but that's way out of my price range right now.

When graded it will be a green label of death...no way will it bring 2K even if it's a green label 9.8

It's an easy 9.4 as it sits, signed.
That is the rub though.
CGC does not authenticate signatures so I cannot imply anything higher.
The only way to get a possible 9.6 or 9.8 and believe me, it is a beautiful book, is to go to a con where TOny is signing and CGC has a rep there as well.
Then you have a SS possible 9.6/9.8 and bucks

Guy on CGC said to ignore it. He said sell it, people will eat it up who do cons. Someone,he said, will grab it knowing they will catch him at a later point and get it SS'ed.
I do feel like an ass for not getting aggressive to help him move this stuff when he handed it off to me 2 weeks back,BEFORE the NYCCC since Tony and CGC were both there.

Yah, I am pricing them easy IMO
The 19 is a 340-360 book right now and odds are higher by mid week.
Again, not my money and only helping rob make his cash ASAP so he can get the items he needs to pop the question and start arranging his wedding....and ya know what, I won;t even be the best man.....

I think 27 will see grown this season as well,when the Gov is introduced, so I expect it to move soon

27 is a great pick up John! That book will get really hot again shortly. Nice time to pick up and GL if you grade it!

yeah I picked up a raw a few months ago and it graded 9.6 so that wasn't too shabby for a ebay pick up and I paid a hell lot more for that one than the one Gibberish sold me!

you made a great pick up with the #19!
