Walking Dead is a great series to read and collect. The only super-expensive issues are the key issues, which range from 30-500 but there are only a handful of those.. Most back issues can be picked up in the 8-30 ranges.

Revival is a great comic to get in on now, it's only into it's 4th issue which comes out next week, and you can pick up 2,3,4th printings of issues 1-3 at cover price still.

Talon #1 starts this Wednesday which might be a good one to try out, and each week new series start, including this Oct. 31st a new comic called Bedlam #1 starts which is already getting great reviews from advanced copies that were released at last weeks New York Comic Convention.

If you need back issues to get you going ,let me know.
I think everyone here will vouch for my prices on Walking Dead.
Check my thread and it lists what is still available

Also, I was looking at a collection lastnight and I meant to check what I saw, but it shows, I think it was Superman #7, Talon 1st app....maybe different guy,but wouldn;t that be funny

pick up Y: The Last Man, the comic is finished so picking up the trade paperbacks would be in your price range or you can go for the hardbacks which are 2 tpb's (I think).

I think it's the best story written...I flip flop between that and Watchmen.

Chew is also a GREAT read!
