Yeah, it's a one owner copy. The dude was in the service in the late 40's and used to get comics delivered to him in Germany, and when he was done, he sent them back to his mom here in Indy, where they've sat in a garage ever since. He's got some other nice issues, but wants WAY too much for his Superman and Action comics. He's got some GREAT ones though. I think he's got Superman #7, which looks great.

That's pretty awesome. Here's a serious question; are there any comics with the U.S. bombing Japan? Might seem non politically correct, but with Captain America #1 and this cover, I would imagine there is ome good U.S. destroying Japan omics as well. Just curious.

I can't think of many with actually bombing, but there are plenty from that era showing us fighting them. The books during the war are much harder to find due to the paper rationing that went on.

Wow, that Exciting Comics is terrible, I'm sure my Japanese friends wouldn't appreciate their depiction on that cover. I feel a little guilty for laughing.
