I bought both Walking Dead Omnibus #1 and #2 for about $60-$65 each delivered, just for reading purposes. So I finished #2 and went on ebay to buy #3, and it looks like it's selling for $180-$300. Is Ombnibus #3 only available as a limited print with signatures from Kirkman and Adlard or something? If so, do I just go for Trade Paperbacks to finish out my readings in an affordable, well preserved fashion?

I also own all the omnibuses as well as all the trade paperbacks.
Mainly because I like the quality and the extras over the TPBs. But its nice to have the TPBs as well as they are easier to carry around to read and not worry so much about wear and tear on them. |

Thanks for the info. The ironic thing is that you can probably buy first prints of issues 49-72 for the same price that the Omnibus is going for. I guess I'll go with TPB's, I just thought it would look cool on my desk shelf to have all of the Ombibus's (Omnibi?). They sure are heavy to lug around, and can be used as a good weapon if there ever really is a zombie apocalypse, which would probably fulfuill the defenition of irony.
