So I ordered the walking dead 103 variant signed back in October I think it was and immediately canceled the order once I found out it wasn't going to be a limited print. I luckily saved my 2 emails confirming the canceled order.
Right before Christmas I received an email stating they were shipped. I emailed back before they arrived stating the order was canceled, I have proof, and to refund my credit card that they had charged me for the comics once shipped. Well to this date, I have emailed them probably 15 times, called daily for a 2 week period and get no response back. You guys think I should just ship them back and write a note and give copies of my emails so they maybe contact me or refund my money. Or does anybody have experience contacting them. Side note: items have never been opened and in original packaging. I'm very disappointed and actually pissed off at this point. I want my money back but at this point I would even be happy with credit. Sorry for rant

It's just odd to me. When I emailed them to cancel the order back in October they responded that day and said it was no problem, they had other buyers who would want the comics I had purchased.
Now I get no response after weeks.....and after they got my money. |

I sent the email a few hours ago and no response. I will give them to the end of today.
Also I forgot to mention something else they did. My purchase was for 59.99. They sent two packages, one on Monday and the other arrived Tuesday for the same comic signed by the same artist and hit me for shipping both when it could have been in the same package. And my grand total was over $99. What a rip off. |
