Bogus sale on Ebay

I won 3 auctions back on Dec 20th. The guy had a 6000 rating..I have yet to receive my comics, 158.00 worth. He said he was gone over christmas and ny, but yet seemed to put up auctions and sell more..He is also the one you guys said was peppering the auction to get prices up. I got an email last wed that he had sent the books out..Tracking no. shows nothing..Should I just contact Ebay and cancel it?

Email him and ask for the tracking #, if he can't provide it within a day then file. Who is the seller? Got a link to one of his auctions?

Yea he is the one you said peppered that auction for the 700's and his friends bid em up for him. djadico is the name I guess he is using now. It shows he has changed it in the last 30 days..I have a tracking, it just has nothing in it..Like it was never shipped..I figured these 3 comics signed by stan with Desert Winds COA would be awesome, but it looks like he has 200 of em signed by stan. And I don't know anyone who has that many, he tried to sell me more through email, w/out ebay..I didn't do it.
