I got 14 copies of #1 from Midtown yesteday; I picked out five that should be solid 9.8 candidates. Since the front cover is white and the back cover is dark, a lot of the copies had some color rub-off on the bottom lower edge. I have five #2 incoming so I can sell a few NM sets. I should grab the worst copy of the bunch and actually read it; I hate when I pump some money in to a new series and I haven't even read the first issue (damn Comic Book fairweather profit-seekers).

This series is a very good read and the first 2 issues had a print run around 11,000 for #1 and 7,000 for #2. I ordered heavy on #1 missed the FOC for #2(so my sets will be so uneven ,maybe trade 1's for 2's if anyone has quantity ?/) have a nice order for 2nd prints of 1 and 2. The variant craze for Marvel right now, in particular, is fun for flipping but I really think one should be on the Image train if your are looking for books that are worth investing in. imho

T'was this thread that I discovered this forum, I was browsing the net trying to find more info & the going rate for the thought bubble variant and seen you guys are of a similar irk to myself.
I stumbled across 10 copies of the thought bubble variant and sold 5 myself and 5 to a mate and made a 630% profit on them... CHA-CHING! Hopeful that a few more may trickle my way or become available but always on the lookout for my next conquest

Ahoy Indy, i guess you're like the governor round here...
I live just outside Glasgow in Scotland, home of Mark Millar & Grant Morrison. Although Mr "Millarworld" is the most egocentric writer today, shame as he does still do some good stuff on occasion! |

I liked Nemesis though, great mini. Scotland rules! My family is of Irish decent, and I've never been there, but I watch plenty of X-Factor, Big Brother, Britains Got Talent each year to see a bit on the TV and some of the people, even the wacky ones.

Haha. Not sure what flipped the switch, but I've become quite bullish on this book.
Saga #4 has such a nice cover and it's almost a $20 book already, so I had to grab it.
