Lady Mechanika value question

I've taken a break from comics from probably a little over a year. I've sold off a good part of my CGC collection and have been looking at some of my raw books to part with as well. My question to you all would be what are realistic values of these books raw on the secondary market and would it be worth having them slabbed. I'm patient and have a very good local shop near me, so slabbing the books would be a breeze; but would it be worth it for these books (assuming 9.8+)? Here are some pictures.

Do an eBay completed auctions search. That's your best bet

That's what collectors pay. Slab them and increase profit. No new mentions of tv or movie, so no heat right now to the book

You could check out GPA and track the slabbed sales over time. You'll find some insight there.
