I am still fighting a buyer who the mail damaged their comic, wants me to refund, and is in line to receive insurance from post office also..Thank goodness ebay actually is reviewing all the notes..Otherwise buyer will get double back. The crap some buyers try is just stupid. The worst part is, fleabay doesn't usually support sellers..I got a long call tonight from Ebay supervisor about my 3 or longer day listing..Their response, I did so well, that they need to limit me..But they did lift my selling limits to 9k..woohoo..

You need to find a toy collector..Put it up on Amazon, or I will do it for you if you want..

If I had enough spare cash, I'd be buying them all up at $300 a pop all day long. These things are going to be worth way more than that. The toy society says you can't have?! Collectors will pay top dollars for these in due time.

he says it came with no certificate of authenticity. i dont even know if these come with one ? i still have a django for myself but i dont want to open it up . i also got another email from ebay stating that the stephen listing has been taken down and i was re imbursed for any fees connected to that listing .......... makes no sense ? how could it be taken down if the sale was made last week .......... either way i think im screwed. hes gonna want to send it back and i have to refund him .

my guess is he wa able to sell the django for profit but unable to move the stephen so now he wants me to take it back so he can get his money back .

also say he sends it back and its not even the same one i sent him ? or its damaged ? how does ebay protect me ? seems like they only side with the buyer .

and my lisitng says no returns ......... i give up!!!!!!!!

The make sure its the right one, if not contact ebay..Check his rating and feedback, see if he is known for this..

his feedback is 100 percent . he asked for upc numbers on both boxes before i shipped. so more then likely he bought them himself to flip

and me being the nice guy i am i cooperated with him gave him the numbers and shipped priority ..........

Odd..Sorry you got ripped off, I think it happened to a lot of people with the django's..But they are going to be worth a lot of money..They are very rare..An object you can take to a convention and get good money for also

not quite ripped off yet . but im sure ebay is going to side with this guy, especialy since i listed a item that was against there policy .

It's pretty clear what this guy is doing to you, there aren't any certificates of authenticity with these things. And if he opened up the box to check you're double screwed. Regardless of your return policy, Ebay will side with him and you'll have to take it back no matter his lame excuse for returning, so it's a crap situation for you. But if you don't want to give out his Ebay ID so other good Ebay sellers don't get screwed by this person's buyers remorse that's certainly your choice.

If you sold him both figures...ask him why he's only returning one. Talk with Ebay and see what they say. With his logic shouldn't Djano figure also have a COA? If that's the case then he should be sending BOTH back...not just one.
