Default Indy's Pick: Check Back Issue Boxes for SuperCrooks #4 - Here's why

SuperCrooks #4 has the First Preview (At least I think it's the first) of Jupiters Children, now called Jupiters Legacy, due in April! GET THESE NOW! If the book is a hit, this first preview will go up in value, and you've got a few months to find them. I was able to find one today for $4.50 - You have your mission, this message will self destruct in 5 seconds.....

I picked up 4..Just in case..Indy has only steered me wrong one time, on MLP hot topics..All the other times perfect..So I think a 99% right is pretty solid to go on..

I never mentioned the Hot Topic variants, you're thinking of LBSB333, although I have been a huge supporter of MLP in general, but it's been a great seller for me. Not huge profit margins, but one of my best selling titles this year so far. Although I did point to an example sale where they were hitting $35. The comic market is fickle, that's for sure.

I take the blame!!!! But what we all must understand is that in the end we are friends, and Friendship is Magic.

It's best to stick to Indy's MLP picks. After all, he has a cool bronie badge and I do not!

Found this today! The guy at the LCS wasn't aware of this preview. But we were talking about the hot books for 2013, and he thinks Jupiters Legacy will be THE big one this year since the movie rights for this book are already tied up.

On a side note, I also found a MLP #3 J. Scott Campbell variant for $10.

Not sure exactly...I was trying to find something online about it. I guess I should have asked him for his source...but the articles that I did find advertise this series as "EPIC".

Guess we'll have to wait to see what happens. I know that Millar was recently hired by Fox Studios to be a creative consultant for Marvel movies.

There is also a 5th variant cover based on orders. Basically the 4 covers will have the same print run with a 5th book getting the 1:25 treatment. Of course I can see there being movement of a particular book based on its 'hotness' lol. Kick a$$ was great, Jupiter's Legacy is EPIC :-)

I'm in for a few, although Millar's stuff does not always do well in the secondary market.

Personally I like Mark a lot. I drank with him for three hours a few years ago at the Chicago Comic con, and learned a lot about how to get my book published. Fast forward three years, and here I am with James O'Barr doing my cover. Thank you Mark!

Oh, btw, go to "dcbservice.com" for the covers.

Exactly how I plan on ordering. Basically most collectors are OCD and must have every variation on a theme. My Marino collection is full of parallels...same image with 69 variations on the theme
