What are you guys currently buying heavy on, stocking up on?

I don't have a good feeling about GotG. Seems kinda hokey, kids will like it, but I don't think it will be all that hot. I actually passed on a bunch of GotG issues at one of my LCS.

At my local comic shops I'll grab as many Panzerfaust #9's as they'll allow me to buy, by far the coolest cover of any Panzerfaust and probably the last book in the series that will be produced under 10,000 issues. If a certain someone dies in Walking Dead 107, then that will be a pretty good book to stock up as well. For preorders I think East of West should do well since Hickman is such a great writer and every new Image title with some hype behind it is doing very well (aside from Bedlam). Bought a fair amount of Jupiter's Legacy, but knowing Marvel there will be 100,000+ printed and supply will outweigh demand (still got a few of each cover A-D just in case).

High grade Silver, Bronze and Copper key books. They will always be in demand. The supply is much lower compared to modern books and the prices will hold.

For me it's Captain America v5 #6. Super under valued in my opinion. CGC recognizes it as the 1st Appearance of Winter Solider.

Saga, walking dead, nowhere men, panzerfaust, manhattan projects, baby variants, midtown variants, any image #1's.

I had one of these. The rarer of the two variants. Sold it to a local place without having any clue as to the winter soldier thing. Went back and it was gone

I am personally putting a lot if stock in East of West & Pretty Deadly - first time I intend to buy a ton rather than just 2 or 3.

Can you explain the appeal on my little pony? I've seen things online but kinda ignored previously. Is it a dark version of kids cartoon? Like pony's killing dudes?
Or is it one of those things peoples daughters want and can't get due to low prints?

That's what i'm saying, not too late you can still get for pretty cheap on ebay,$10-$20.

Bronies

It's not a dark version of the cartoon at all, and it is actually intended for the same audience like the old school My Little Pony cartoons (girls ages 5-8). But for some odd reason it has a HUGE fan base made up of teens and adults. And adult males for some weird reason

They call themselves "Bronies".

It seems to be all over the place in terms of striking a decent profit, but it sells consistently overall. I have had some luck making a buck or two on this, but I actually have someone in the intended target audience that likes the show too.

A lot of vendors have seemed to jump on the Brony bandwagon; look at how many variants are available from different retailers. Even J. Scott Campbell has a variant cover out.

I'm in on these as well as Guardians and Mind MGNT. I have two full sets of Mind MGNT, it would have been 3 but one that I purchased left a little to be desired regarding condition.

I also am picking up some Chin Music. I was looking at Uber as well, not sure about this.

That's what I thought when I ordered them, but when you put that post about the preview being in Supercrooks 4, I guess I just figured it was Marvel. Mark Millar doing his own Star Wars type series sounds exciting, even if that's basically what Saga is to Brian K. Vaughn, not to mention an actual hot new Star Wars series.
